The flooring is ready to be replaced and I have considered having LVP installed but wonder should it be glued or free floating or should LVP be avoided altogether in this instance?  

@Teena Phoolka  I have also heard Banner uses travelers and there are ads for Mesa but I couldn't say what hospital.  

Because last year it was only 0.08% in March and last three months it’s been averaging .23%…We will float around 2.75-3% throughout the year and only way it goes lower is if housing pops.
