I am really motivated now for one as a teacher its getting worse every year and I spent 3 days in hospital and 6 weeks out of school because I was breaking a high school fight.

I received a text message from one of them yesterday that they considered all the damage as normal wear and tear and plan to fight to get their security deposit back.

Ya gotta know when to fight.

I would imagine they wouldn't be too appreciated of that and would put up a fight although they signed a legal contract to sell for $x.I had actually put a nice lot under contract (I was going to close under my name as normal) from an owner that was doing a FSBO.

I’d like to fight this but it sounds like I have no recourse at this point.

I found out on July 15 that my landlord policy in California on my single family rental home is being non-renewed and the last day of coverage is Aug 1.  The stated reason is that my independent agent is being cancell...

They are all very engaged and involved so I guess it all boils down to if you want passive invest in T-bills... if you want to earn better- get in the fight.  

These big beautiful bricks have been here since the early 1900’s and aren’t going to get toppled over by a single or distressed section 8 lady that has been previously stuck in a shelter or one who’s fighting for her and her children’s lives.

So... with that as a background... if you want to fight the "just value" of your property - you have to show how they have messed all that up - you can't just complain "My taxes are too high!"
