That is roughly 9% rent price appreciation over the original rent estimates. 

Using Rentometer or BP rent estimator to get an idea of the LTR rent makes a lot of sense.

You mention offering homeownership opportunities to people who have been rejected by traditional banks.Do you have an estimate, or a track record, regarding how many of these homes will not be purchased under the contract and the borrower defaults and the home will revert to you to resell? 

My partner called the owner who had give the original estimate, said no way are we paying until the job is done. 

So what I'm asking is if there's a better way to estimate CapEx on a property during preliminary analysis, i.e., without having to go to the state where it's located and asking around, i say this because there has to be a good way to estimate these things before going deep into the dealAny insights on this guys?
