I super excited to announce that I passed the MLO endorsement exam yesterday.

I have seen some situations where a company used a vacant dwelling policy and endorsed it for renovation.  

I’ve never actually invested with them so this is only a suggestion rather than an endorsement.

Some companies will use a standard Condo Unit Owners policy (Ho 6 form) and endorse it for being rented out. 

Nithin,If you are talking about renting just a portion of the house and living there your current homeowners policy may need to be endorsed (depends on the company - check with your agent)If you will no longer be occupying the house when you rent it out, it is likely that you will need to change from the current homeowners policy.  

One Trustee in particular would not allow endorsed Cashiers checks you had to make the cashiers checks out in the name of the trustee.. 

The owner to get suit against himself personally dismissed but was denied.I had a business in an LLC, got liability insurance, but was advised to get an endorsement covering me personally because everyone also sues the owner, by default.

Those are just examples and not endorsements; I have no personal experience with either of them.My point is, there are ways to invest in real estate by handing your money over to someone else and allowing them to grow it.

Mobile Home University offers a $300 course that seems to do this (no idea, not an endorsement).
