While it doesn't specify the rents, I'm coming up with around $733/unit.If we use a 7% cap rate (and I suspect that cap rate is low, but I don't know the local market) on the one on Harvard, you'd probably need to charge over $1,000/month for the Harvard units to get an ARV of $1M.
