bed, dresser, and desk ?

Renters hang a lot of stuff so they don’t have to buy a dresser.

I'd like for most of it (dressers/nightstands) to be identical.

ie mattress/frame, dresser, nightstand, etc...

When we do what I mentioned its usually not much, a dresser, mattress, etc, BTW, gotta LOVE those violations, the city just keeps making things up,,,,,GOD forbid your leaves blow on your neighbors lawn, OMG, the world is going to come to an end LOL 

The thing is people don't hide these things, the gun was lying on the dresser, the tenants teenage daughter let me into the parents bedroom to inspect something while they were out and I saw it and she saw me see it.

As well as a bed/mattress, dresser & nightstand in the bedrooms.

Everything would be picked up of course, but there is no way I'm going to empty the closets, dressers, etc.

For bedrooms, we do a queen or kind bed, dresser, bed side table w/lamp and desk w/chair if there's space. 

A dresser, queen bed, and nightstand will do.
