I also own a tract-built, platform-framed brick-veneer townhouse condo built cheaply in the 1970s for ignorant trash with pretensions, and it has 2x4 ceiling joists and a truss-filled attic I wouldn't dare try to turn into living space.

The first line of the Legislative Counsel's Digest includes the following: Existing law specifies that a hiring of residential real property, for a term not specified by the parties, is deemed to be renewed at the end of the term implied by law unless one of the parties gives written notice to the other of that party’s intention to terminate.

Brandon Turner’s books are hands down the best and easiest to digest books on real estate investing I’ve read so far.As far as getting your license, it would only make sense if the savings you make on commissions exceeds the license fees.
