I have worked with agents that needed help filling out the description of the property (example of the bad ones)I'm not an agent but I can only imagine low price properties are MORE time consuming than a luxury home.

You need to review the mortgage and title commitment for what parcels and legal description are included in the mortgage you took out.

Hell a fair number of the attorneys I have had to deal with fit the description of the new illegal resident. 

If you get another similar complaint you may want to post some photos of the surrounding area or mention the "eclectic transitional neighborhood with tons of character" in the description in order to frontload the expectation a bit.

Overall, the state is quite overpriced, mostly due to the Texas hype.Based on your description, I would guess you are looking at a purchase price of $325K and rental of $2000 or so. 

I have all my criteria set up, I'm just not too sure what to write in the description.
