Lots of tech companies have or are extending a campus out there - Dell, Apple, Google to name a few.   

Cash flow not great but decent appreciation potential near major tech employers including Dell & Apple.

@dell schlabach yes all 5 of our flips were in Boardman actually from 2010-2013 in the 85-95k retail range.

This is like asking if one should hire someone who uses a Dell PC as opposed to an Ipad.

I think houses tend towards the higher end of the market.I am real curious to see the full effects of the new medical school which is slated to come on line in 2017.Since I moved here, there have been growth spikes due to large projects coming on line like Motorola, AMD, and Dell.

Live very close to the Wisconsin Dells area.  

In recent years though Dell, Ford, 3M, Caterpillar and many more large corporations have opened or moved their offices and/or call centers to Panama.)

Facebook, Google, Amazon, Apple, Samsung and Dell are all companies with branch locations in Austin.
