Hello from Central Wisconsin

Good Monday Morning,

My name is Nate and I am from central Wisconsin.  Live very close to the Wisconsin Dells area.  

I have always loved real estate and touring homes is almost a hobby, So getting my real estate license was a no brainer.  I used to be a property manager for 24 units and am considering getting back into the property management side of things again as well.

While our market is horrible right now for buying traditional investment properties I think there is huge potential for vacation rentals and that is an area we are considering to invest personally.

It's where I'm focusing. The hotels around here are packed all summer long and I'm sure a good majority of them would rather be in a house vs. Best Western. I know a lady who has a STR in the city of Mauston and its booked all summer long.

We have a house right on Lake Decorah and when we buy our next home we will use this house as a STR. If hers is booked steady I'm sure ours being on the water will do just as well, maybe better.
