I know of many types of farms (not organic) in the area (NW IN) that offer maze rides, pick-yourself-vegetables, they sell small decorations, big inflated jumping things for kids (can't remember what they are called, LOL).

I suspect investors don't get drawn in as much by imagining themselves drinking tea in the nicely decorated living room because they don't plan on living there.Anyway, as a user (and believer) of staging in the past, I'm happy to help answer any of your questions from the consumer side.

PITI cost: 3700/mo. attorney fees, architect fees, title insurance: 7painting, cleaning, 1 new dishwasher, misc fees: 6-10holding costs for 2-4 mo: 7-14Staging, misc decorations: 2total cost: 676-688k.Now, I've toured lots of comparable units in the area.

One of the board members is retired and has nothing better to do than to walk up and down several times a day with his clip board, making notations about every little thing, then calling the Management Comp to fine the owner for such things as : too many flower pots on the patio/balconey, anyone who has decorated their front entrance with holiday decorations such as hearts on valentines day, bunny rabbits on easter, Christmas lights are out of the question.

some tenants chose not to get the propane so they essentially had decorative fireplaces.We have removed free standing wood burning stoves from rentals but have never torn out brick/masonry fireplaces and chimneys.
