At the completion of your due diligence, you have 3 choices; accept the property as-is and move to step 4, reject the property and walk away, or ask the Seller to correct any items that you request. 

And that’s just one property you are inquiring about 10 rentals, 10 exchanges, minimum 10 DSTs (unless you can sell a few properties at the same time).I’m not sure DSTs would be the correct route.

My business has access to AppFolio, but it doesn't seem to communicate with the STR side of things.
