When you have stacked units you have to contend with noise complaints, water leaks, stairs for the upstairs tenant, less rent for the units, who uses the yard (side by side house a little yard typically), parking, etc.

I've done some research into KW and have them as a contender along with a few others, so thanks for that insight.

After the pandemic, the very large federal deficit is something we will have to contend with.

I believe there are 2 issues to contend with as mentioned above.
