It looks like more people (not on the lease) are living in the apartment (2 to 4), drinking, smoking, fighting, load music and partying goes on until dawn.

So Philly is a city composed of individual micro markets that vary from neighborhood to neighborhood.

They lived there in relative peace for almost 3yrs until the downstairs tenant’s sister screamed at the upstairs tenant for playing music too loudly one day two months ago.

If you are a heavy walker, close doors hard, listen to loud TV/music, or like to do burpees early in the morning, the tenant below will complain.

I am a future real agent and will be taking my test this month and also a music teacher in the Philadelphia area.

I finally get on the phone with her and tell her if she just does not quit harassing our crews. that i would keep the home and find the worse renters i can to live next to her loud music dogs running whatever.

I would suggest turning the water off to the toilets because if the flap needs to be replaced or it does not fall properly when someone stops by to check it can run up an enormous bill real quick.So that the house does not get broken into, maybe add a few light or music  timers and a simpisafe type alarm with monitoring.
