With two military basis and the Mayo Clinic located in Jacksonville, Florida, I think it should be something worth looking into. 

Decor is usually neutral and can feel clinical.

Right now I have a small outpatient clinic that I rent, but I would like to turn it into something much bigger.

@Jay Patel there is job growth in the Cleveland market, the Cleveland Clinic is a big employer driving higher end relocations, plus the Amazon warehouses in the suburbs.

As far as reviews themselves go, for my W2 job, I lead 18 hearing aid clinics across four states and our goal is to help people hear the very best that we can.

Try finding a good deal near the Clinic, not going to happen, 4, 5 6 years ago, you could have purchased as many as you want, now good luck finding anything .
