I am looking to get 2-5 deals a quarter (for own fix and flips) and possibly wholesale  a few.

As we move deeper into the third quarter, it will be interesting to see how these trends evolve and whether the strong demand can sustain the positive momentum in rent growth across the country.

Around me it seems to change all the time...except almost always 1st Tuesday in Texas.As you mention though, some have monthly and some quarterly, some yearly, and plenty when they just feel like it....or have enough properties to put in the sale.

With Airbnb signalling lower returns this quarter and next, I wonder if there are better opportunities coming up at the beginning of next year.
