It's been very difficult to get a tenant buy out these past few years during the rental run up from what I have heard.Talking from a purely capitalistic standpoint, I completely agree.

Instead of capping a free market like rent control, you're ensuring equal access to a free market, the entire point of a free capitalist economy.  

Some wholesalers can get ridiculously greedy; however, I believe in the grand scheme of things, our capitalistic economy does encourage this kind of activity, purposefully or otherwise. 

We should be ENCOURAGING individualism & capitalistic entrepreneur-ism in this country of all (legal) kinds, not criticizing or repeating misinformation about them.

This China thing is extremely complicated to be digested, nobody owned house in China as they're all leasehold and not Fee Simple, you guys can correct me if I'm wrong.But saying China way is communism is very wrong too, it's modified hybrid version of experimental capitalism in socialism view it's more relevant that way rather than black and white commie or capitalist. 

Since 2007 and 008 when the government let off the hook the shysters who reminded us what the great depression look like and who allowed tens of thousands of houses to be transferred to "new owners", you know the same guys switched their suits and popped up with hedge funds and became venture capitalists.
