Personally, I think this company is probaby about to go out of business - they have lots of inventory, and it's not exactly prudent to be investing in FL in the coastal areas now anyway.

I have noticed competitors charge as low as 10 to 15% but their quality isn't the best and then I have seen others charge 25 to 30% We remain in the middle and provide a small business experience with super host status.

Always do your due diligence folks, search for their name on here, check for criminal and civil court cases in the county they live/do business in, etc.

Their company is pretty great at not responding to their communities people , not following local law yet alone their own lease agreements The uptick of lot rents I get it it’s business but also driving out affordability for people which again it’s a business so some may say that part is just the territory , but not following lease agreements , hiring poor management and then doing nothing about it when it’s escalated is a reflection on their business aswell   best of luck.
