so the negotiator from BOA told me yesterday that if the homeowners had ever filed a bankruptcy, then they would be dis-qualified form the HUD pre-foreclosure program and therefore the deal is dead.

I now have 2 contracts on some property and they both have a proof of funds letter I really don’t want to send the proof of funds to BOA because that will see how much the buyers is buying the property for and they may want me to go up on my offer because of the buyers amount.

I am getting conflicting information from various people abotu submitting the initial offer to BOA's equator system.One person tells me that if your initial offer is not within 15% of the list price (which is a number that you have to type in the system) then your offer will be rejected and not countered by equator right off the bat.
