We usually go somewhere between santa Barbara, and San Diego for bicycling, beach, wine tasting, paddle boarding etc. 

I've used Uber, the bus, bicycle (if close enough) and even had real estate agents pick me up at the airport/bus terminal before.Hope it helps!

Just bought my 7th property and I'm feeling like a rock star, not because its my 7th or that I got a good deal and it will cash flow in an area where most investors think cash flow is impossible or near impossible but because I closed on the property and completed most of the Rehab while I was bicycle touring across Europe for 6 weeks camping almost every night.

I actually live a bicycle ride or brisk walk away.

Now I've just turned 23.I've bought and sold bicycles on craigslist.Bought and sold furniture.Sold handmade woodcraft at the flea market. 

Within the last year I have got back on the bicycle (after taking my bruises) and feel like I don't know how to ride..!?

Get an emergency fund, work extra jobs, get rid of the financed cars and go with one cheap Honda or Toyota and a bicycle, pay off the debt as quickly as possible, and never get into debt again.
