The bottom unit has access to a decent-sized back patio (about 28’x17’).Right now it’s just a fenced in area with pavement.

easily missed by handy men..The gas company is responsible for any leaks from the meter to their pipes and that might be that asphalt patch you have.

I know wilton is very pricy. it is about 3 acres and although the land is beautiful, super gorgeous stream running through it, it is not easily accessible.You would have to clear bushes and put down an asphalt road of about 1000ft long.He is selling it pretty cheap though .. about 150K.
