@John Casmon  Totally agree  verbal commitments are not raised moneyyou need to be like the airlines and over subscribe.. you will have fall out.investor wont like the deal.. deal took to long to materialize and money got invested somewhere else.bad news in the economic world investor spooked going to sit on cash. 

I'm NOT talking about airline cards that give you 1 mile for every dollar spent, or even talking about the sign up bonuses, many of these card's I have never once used...

@Axel Norvell I have a home listed in Spring Branch $340,000 and another coming up near Airline in 3 weeks $170,000 which might suit your needs. 

For example:Must be within 30 minutes of an airport that Southwest Airlines flies in and out of"That town has a renters mentality"

Since the airlines aren’t taking a check  A stolen company check will still cash andmight not be caught for 30 days after the next statement period ends?

To expand this hypothetical scenario further, let's say you have a Personal Credit Card that gives you a LOT of perks, for instance, airline miles, hotel credits, cash back, etc.You want to use this card for ALL your business purchases and get the benefits.Will this fail an IRS Audit even though you have all the receipts and the Credit Card Statements?
