Is air conditioning required?

This was my first Airbnb purchase. I used a DCSR loan and I spent around $30,000 ...

Ended up moving my portfolio away from them and its like a breath of fresh air.

BR gets a decent amount of bookings from Floridians so gas prices and opened up air travel would be my immediate concern if you are looking for a cash flowing property now.

This deal was an almost brand new construction in an up and coming area on the outs...

You may be able to utilize air dna projections, but, this will come at a rate adjustment usually versus long-term rent. 

(I bought it for the land with intentions of removing the trailer and building tiny homes on it to air bnb) I understood that I was responsible for any back bills or liens associated with the properties, I was ok with that.

I am 19 years active duty Air Force and have used the Va loan 4 times for purchases with three of them being foreclosures with instant equity.

Where did the Airbnb estimator go? Am I missing something? I found a calculator but it won't work on my iphone.

I'd look for signs of arcing around those outlets.Other things I look for are how is the foundation, cracks in the walls (assuming lath and plaster), condition of the mechanicals, depending on what the house is built on, I may get a radon test done for the air and water (near me there is a lot of ledge, so radon is an issue in most homes).
