I thought that what the writer said didn’t ring true.

Note to any magazine article writers that hate landlords: I am advocating following all state and local laws to "protect" any and all precious tenant victims. 

Then they hired a ghost writer to create a training program and lend their name to that ghost writere / marketing company for them to go out and teach you things. 

The writer, a top agent, talks about 8 in 8.

Those that have descriptions are boilerplate copy/paste from previous listings and are certainly not written by a copy writer.

This is my first post so please bear with me I am not a blogger or even a good writer.

I ALWAYS write letters when I'm asking for terms like a deep discount plus seller financing.That said, I've spent a career in journalism and was a business writer for the Charlotte Observer, so writing a convincing pitch comes easily to me.
