These are same type of people who rent big screen TV's at those "Rent-A-Center" places and end up paying $1700 for a TV one can buy at Walmart for under $700.Because these landlords know their tenants are consistent payers (just late) they happily pocket the extra $50 or more money they receive from them every month and not worry about this. 

I use SelectBlinds which is probably 4x the cost of Walmart.

So we use the $4 miniblinds from Walmart, and my wife knows this discount department store hole deep, deep in the most ghetto part of Duquesne, it's called "Roses." 

PayLease allows tenants to pay at Western Union, Walmart, etc... in cash and it gets routed properly.

Just recently a apartment building went up on ingram near the walmart and i thought that was a awseome idea to invest in.
