I have been taking CLEP tests since my undergrad is not in business and I will be starting some MBA classes soon (needed to take care of some prerequisites).

I lived with each of my parents for about 8 months post undergrad.

My .02 (and it may be worth less than that) comes from the perspective of already having an undergrad real estate degree.

I want to know how people in this field would do things if they were starting out.For now I'm looking at undergrad, but I will probably go for a masters later.

Because I'm not going to retire until my kids completely their undergrads, right about the time I turn 55.

I got my license through honduras, but have am also at Ohio State University taking the same real estate classes for my undergrad, and yes, there is a difference in the education.But if youre just looking to get your license fast, honduros is the way.

I make students pay all utilities except lawn care and snow removal because you can't rely on them to get those completed.Not all universities are the same; some have rules regarding off campus approval for undergrads so make certain you familiarize yourself with them. 

I have a finance degree for my undergrad and looking back I wish I would of done economics and marketing.
