But the last thing I want is a zoo at my properties.

But that place is an absolute zoo from May through October.

I am living on a double lot, on the Hillsborough River, across from the Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa.

Back in the mid sixties I lived in "the jungle" down by the zoo....  

I will take you up on your offer to get together and, please do the same if you happen to be anywhere close to K-Zoo.

You may have gotten some good advice, with this thread having so many posts, I bet it's back to the forum zoo.
