Now, in the current market, it is not possible for turnkey suppliers to get enough deals to have it make sense for themselves and investors.

Any investor-friendly (good pricing, contractor cash accounts with discounted pricing, etc) supplier recommendations for various materials (flooring, tile, stone, countertop materials, hardscaping, lumber, windows, fixtures, roofing materials, etc) is greatly appreciated!

The word I have from my suppliers is that we shouldn't expect shelf prices to drop considerably for a few months, at least.

You'd just need to network and find suppliers who have reasonable prices.

Once prices are high long enough that consumers acclimate to them, suppliers will be less likely bring prices back down.
