I'm in Ohio - it can seem boring sometimes but I look at it like a base, the weather can be bipolar in the winter and spring but no natural disasters happen here that don't let me sleep like a dog at night, I travel south a lot too during the winter months here.

They want to look you in the eye and tell you about their kids, dogs and how the weather is.

I would not be able to sleep at night regardless of what the agreement said.

  ( I dont think you would win due to the destruction )I dont think you will have a problem finding another tenant , peoples homes , businesses and cars were washed away , they are sleeping in shelters  . 

Higher purpose stuff than a box LLs overcharge people to sleep in😎
