We wanted to self manage.How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

There is a detached two-car garage that the 2 units split.

Live in an area for 2-3 years, self-manage the property, and then relocate again, passing the baton to a property manager.I’d love to hear advice on any of these markets for making this approach a success!

They do public debt funds, apartment complexes (in Southern California and the Southeast), car washes and self storage.
