You could also try door knocking, cold calling, text messages, RVM, SEO etc.Attend your local REIA meetings to find out what is working best in your market right now.Hope this helps!

Get a website first and foremost.Do SEO,Make it credible, then drive traffic to the site via DDM/PPC/Dancing For Dollars (D4D), what ever have you.That is the short version of course but that is the best way to start and you won't get overwhelmed starting.You are VVelcome!

In order to get off market properties, you need to get a solid website, work on SEO and credibility and nurture it to the top ranking on google.Once you do that everything will automatically fall in place.I skipped a few details here and there but you catch the drift.

Anyone of these "solutions" need, contrary to what they or some users will try to make you believe, not days or weeks but months of learning (been there, done that); not just keywords, but SEO and several other marketing strategies to make it all work.
