@Camille Romero curious as to how you would remotely wholesale properties in Detroit or Ohio?

Unless I can rent it every day of course.Just curious if anyone on here had experience in this area.

@Jordan Moorhead Very curious how your receiving distributions in Wavemark, and I know 6 other investors who have been in for a year and are not receiving distributions.

So I'm curious whether anyone plays it, or whether the consensus is the Real World provides Challenges enough?

I had a chat with them on the phone as i was curious about the funding.. but came to the conclusion that the down payment ( the client made to buy) was probably what they paid for the property and the seller carry back note was the profit.. and then the seller carry back note is sold to yet another investor.. who is investing for coupon money.
