I thought peppermint flavor came from mixing pepper and mint.There was a lot of interesting terminology in the article that I have not come across in my life.

I feel like there are probably several Level 2-3 hospitals peppered throughout N Metro ATL, but that brings me to my next question...Where does this "level 1-3" info come from, is it an official designation or are we speaking in generalities?

The black and/or brown spots are often called "Pepper Mold", but in reality are a fungus.  

Then I pulled out pepper spray spritzed him.

After reading everyone's input,  i came to the conclusion that this is the pepper way to get the snowball rolling.
