Shawn, you can do this two ways:1. get your tenant/buyer to get a bank loan at the end of your option periodor2. if your tenant/buyer can't qualify for a bank loan or mortgage, get him to buy the property on owner financing - then get him/her to qualify for the Obama credit or first time home buyer's tax credit.
