In addition, I been doing this long enough that something new doesn't shock me or surprise me.I bought a house where the owner went to a nursing home 15 years prior. 

(ie, connecting to a local hospital to reach traveling nurses or a FB group, etc?)

@Anthony Wick hey Anthony, not the first property we have owned, I sold a duplex to help pay for most of this purchase, and have a home in Park City Utah that has a mother in law apartment.

We have a lot of traveling nurses coming for the UW Hospital system and furnished rentals on mo/mo contracts pull a lot more than your traditional LTR 12/mo lease.

It's furnished though so maybe you should look at travel nurses or corporate mid term rental.
