If its R22, its fazed out. there are replacements for the units, and a mixture that will work with the cheap replacement units, but the longevity of prior copper lines with the replacements are in question....

A simple cleaning method is to use the mixture of white vinegar and warm water and maybe a couple of drops of dish soap.

I would try a mixture of one gallon of bleach, one cup of TSP, and two gallons of water..

Typically a mixture of mail pieces brings the best response.I would suggest sending a different mail piece every 3-5 weeks.

Then you inject that mixture into the padding under the carpet every 8-10 inches or so!
