We’ve tried other platforms on the market, but the message delivery rates were very low compared to the 85%+ I get here.

It as definitely a way to limit showing and determine if people meet those minimum requirements prior to a show.

BP also launched Passive Pockets podcast and platform where you can learn more about this.

I would suggest finishing school, working as a part time agent while you are at school, saving commissions for investing, and working with a team that focuses on investing as opposed to residential sales.There are also local meet ups every month. 

BP is a great place to connect and meet real estate investors and professionals.
