There's plenty of internal disagreements in each party, and taxes happen to be one of the areas of frequent clashes between legislators from the same party.Why can't everyone in Congress just agree on more tax benefits?

The college has lots of students, and the surrounding areas have some wealth.

Secondary markets like Temple, Belton, Killeen, and College Station offer better options for cash flow currently.

College towns are great options for investment properties.

The closest comparison would be bourbon street for college age kids, but bourbon street may need to up its game.  

We plan on buying in Columbia sc and im thinking of buying property near the hospitals and college and renting to collage studies and short turn nurse rental.
