Hi All,Does anyone have recommendations for a good home inspector in the Jacksonville area?

As a commercial operation I had to keep a log of maintenance and was constantly worried about state inspections because a lot of the time we really weren’t in operation but for the state inspectors you were supposed to be available from 8am-5pm everyday of the season.

My duplex had an additional unit built in the basement and discovered by city inspectors when a neighboring squabble caused buildings department to check houses on the block and my house had 3 mailboxes out front.

The seller wants to do a private sale(yes I have an inspector and contractor on hand).

A reliable team, including an investor-friendly agent, property manager, inspectors, and a lender, is essential.

Then the inspector gives results to the insurer, they decide whether to cover it, and issue a policy a few days later.  

I have a network of different lenders i can suggest, contractors, inspectors, realtors and other investors etc etc  What i'm looking to do is now focus on the flipping itself

Visual inspection is an inspector going into a unit and performing a walk-through inspection visually inspecting the condition of the paint.

Just curious if anyone has any experience getting into real estate investing via becoming a home inspector and kind of grasping the field.

Bruce, the rental registration fee in Garland pays for inspectors that ONLY look at rental properties.
