That said, over a long time horizon, and for investors who are willing to take chips off the table and not continually double down on PML, it's a great return and the spread is large enough to make a big difference.

I suspect poor communication was a reason that such a low percentage of people who paid $300 atrended (in San Diego I attended the STR workshop and room was full - this syndication workshop we sat around one table).I have heard Codie present and she is as good as you indicate but not an RE person. one of her lines is something like there are a lot of millionaire RE investors but not a lot of billionaire RE investors and I want to be a billionaire.

LOL   yeah, if you see amortization table for pviate loan and higher rate commercial, 90% of the payment is going to lender anyway LOLI would rather pay off that quickly as well. but for something like C/D class duplex somewhere in indianapolis with 2 percent rate, I can hold the loan for 30 years lol
