My name is Phillip Tamez and I am currently in the Navy as active duty. 

My saving graces are my house is in ideally situated between a downtown area, a college, medical school and a massive Navy Base with a solid rental history (knock on wood).

My father was career Air Force and I was in the Navy and I can say that it is highly unusual that someone entering active duty is able to project where they will be stationed. 

I live in Clarksville, Tn I am getting out of the navy in a year and a half and wanting to go all in real estate investing.

I think I saw a couple of Navy folks in Pensacola on here.

I saw them around Navy bases back in the 90's.

I grew up in Guam as well as California since my step-dad was in the US Navy.

And Navy Fed has always had a 100% option available for military.

I am French on a E2 Visa.

I think the absolute necessary things are new flooring and paint inside and out, new light fixtures, some new interior doors (or just paint the old ones), new interior baseboard trim, 3 new exterior doors (change 2 sliders to French doors), siding installed on side of the house at least and maybe the back too, change out main front entrance door, new oven, rebuild the deck off master bedroom, and minor landscaping.
