The color we use is called Shoji White and it is maybe a hair darker than an antique white - enough color on the wall that white trim pops against it but light enough that it hides wall defects and touch ups are simple.

It's almost like they GC is hiding the money their making in the material costs. 

5) I see a lot more lawsuits against Sellers for misrepresentation, and hiding material defects.

@Bruce LynnThe bankruptcy was filed in Delaware and I don’t believe you can “hide” your proof of claim, you could understate I guess if you are embarrassed but I am 99.9% sure this will all be public record.
