My PM in Columbia, SC notified me of a potential water heater problem last August.

I also like quads.The market I am looking at are Orlando suburbs (Kissimmee, Altamonte Springs, etc) FL , Greenville SC, Charlotte suburbs NC, Columbia SC, *maybe* Atlanta and Greensboro/Winston Salem.

My market of Columbia, South Carolina allows for a maximum of 3 unrelated persons.

I've lived in this city since I was 5 and it's been exciting to see the growth and changes that have happened and that seem to be in overdrive throughout the area over the past few years.There are definitely places to find good cash flow in the area but if you're wanting to spend lower, areas 30-60 minutes out of the area like Ashland City, Clarksville, Columbia, Hermitage, Dickson provide the best deals. 

A college level course like Columbia College is a good start.

He is nearly hitting the 1% rule on an $800k property just north of Columbia Heights by using a rent by the room method.

Bastrop appears to be new construction or flips, a bit too pricy.Ya but your dog will love it.. you could go to tri cities  Walla Walla not much snow and world class wines.. the proximetly to British Columbia and northern Idaho and Montana  oh man its awesome

I think anywhere on I-26 between Columbia, SC and Charleston , SC is a great place to buy and hold.
