Everything I can find on HUD.gov or otherwise with google defines immediate family as: (by blood, in-law, or marriage) parent, child, or sibling -- or spouse of any of these.

What I am trying to figure out is if this can also go the other way if an adopted child's share of an inherited property would be divided amongst their adopted siblings as well as their biological parents or siblings?  

My contact seems to have prevailed against his siblings to have an attorney represent him.

A $1,000,000 loan is not something one just gets easily, and if you don't qualify now you'll likely need to generate a lot of income in the next 5 years to do so, it is possible if you have to sell and the property appreciated for you to reap all the rewards that you could create resentment between yourself and I'm going to assume siblings. 

Hi, kind of long story here, but I am looking for ideas on how to approach and structure purchasing a property from my Dad and his siblings as my grandmother recently passed away and they are talking about selling the property so I'm hoping to make this a win-win for all of us.

We had one we could potentially intercept but Grandpa Died and 4 siblings were heirs filed no probate then 2 of the 4 siblings died still no probate was filed..We would have had to get 17 nieces and nephews to all be in agreement.
