Preforeclosure in Probate

Good evening. I am Lawrence Lee.

I have a lead that is currently in preforeclosure. It is held in a Trust and going thru probate. My contact seems to have prevailed against his siblings to have an attorney represent him. They ultimately dropped the case and the place is in limbo. Foreclosures have been stopped in the city, but a notice of trustee sale was issued on 4-20-20.

The contact is pliable and open to owner financing. Can anyone with probate experience contribute some advice?

Thanks in advance.
