Hey everyone, I wish to move to NYC next year and want to live in Brooklyn.

I know of property in Brooklyn NY that was selling for mid $100ks an are now worth over $1M.

I came to bigger pockets before even calling an attorney...Has anyone tried direct marketing in the Brooklyn/Staten Island area?

I had the best paying job I’d ever had as a Digital Content Director at a small TV Network and they required I relocate from Brooklyn to work out of their Glendale offices. 

Well, before I share some facts about myself I want BP members to know, I am here to help and make knowledgeable suggestions as well as learn daily from all of you.About me:I was raised in Brooklyn, NY and live in NYC together with my wife.

In between that time, we also brought a 2 family home in Brooklyn, NY as our primary resident.

Investors also like the Bronx, parts of Brooklyn and parts of Nassau County as well. 

I bought a condo in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 2011 which I used as my primary residence up until this year.
