An STR I just stayed in fave my wife and I 1 bar for 2 nights, and a baggy with 2 tide pods for laundry.

I'm in the early stages of my note investing journey, and trying to sell a 2nd i picked up after mod/reperforming.

I don't believe BP vets the lenders.. or for that matter anyone else who pays to advertise.I have seen them take down pod casts like they took down Morris's podcast after hundreds of complaints.but for sure any company from CA needs a licnese to lend the fact that they don't have one prominitly displayed on their website or it cant be found were it should be found.. will give people pause..

There is a great pod cast here on BP covering most of your questions .. but , if it were easy and without risks then everyone would be doing it .. you can win big but in my experiance the bigger the win the bigger the risk ..

Im sure someone will chime in and list all the books you should read , like Rich dad , Poor Dad .. or The Art of the deal by our current pres .. and you should read them and more .. listen to the pod casts as much as possible .. ask questions but when you ask try to be specific and include as much pertaining info as you can.. it will help you get the correct answers .. other than that .. 

Eventually, I'd like to leave my kids (4 of them) with a home they can live in, or rent out, and have homes for the family to be financially secure after I leave this world.There is a wealth of knowledge here, and I've gained a lot from listening to the pod casts over the past 1.5 years.
