Hi Guys, I've been getting the newsletter and listening to the podcast from bigger pockets for a while now. I am hoping to become a lot more active on the website beginning this summer since I will have more time.

I currently have 4 rental properties in Fort Mill, SC. I am interested in buying more in the same area. I am also interested in finding some multifamily units in Charlotte. I don't believe that there are any of those in Fort Mill at this time. I am also interested in expanding my area to Indian Land, SC and Waxhaw, NC.

If anyone could help me in these areas, I would be eternally thankful.

1. Are there any local banks you have found to be investor friendly?

2. Does any one do wholesaling in this area that I could see their inventory?

3. Are there any investor groups in my specific area? If not, any particularly good Charlotte groups?

4. Does any one know of any up-and-coming areas in Charlotte? I kinda missed the Belmont ( the charlotte neighborhood not the city outside of Charlotte) window. I didn't have enough capital to invest at the time. I'm thinking any old neighborhood on the blue line/light rail would be good.

Thank you for all your posts! I enjoy reading them! jenna
