As I'm building my portfolio of real estate I'm wondering what the easiest way to set up bank accounts as well as keeping track of tenant's payments, late payments, taxes, lease agreements, running cash flow estimates, lists of maintenance items to tackle and those that are completed, interest rate on loans, last date refinanced, years remaining on loans, etc. for each property?

., I agree with most of what you said, however in regards to buyer's list, when I had real buyers who we vetted or had done business with, it was easy to tackle a deal with confidence.
