Hello everyone I think I’ve come up with a way to kind of bring wholesaling out of the grey area of the law.

However, I am a grey hair old fart with a fair amount of real estate experience.  

A simple grey Toyota Corolla void of distinguishing features blended with the pack, hugging the bumper of the car in front.

It's only been in a couple of months so time will tell if it holds up but it was only $2 for a 12x24 in a charcoal grey.

Mistakes are part of the process (of course you want to limit them) but just like what Nike says, JUST DO IT!
